Registration and Admission
Registration
Time for applications for courses in the winter term will be from 10.-19.2.2023.
Please note that all our courses are interactive which means full and continuous attendance and active participation.
You can register online on UNIGRZonline and choose up to three courses.
Please consider the following classifications: soft skills for “beginners”, “open for all” and “advanced” (you should at least have attended one course for “beginners” and/or “open” before opting for an “advanced”).
Students from the Graz University of Technology additionally have to enroll as so-called “MitbelegerInnen” at the University of Graz to be admitted to courses.
Admission
We have enrollment limits and apply the following criteria for admission:
- Date and time of registration are NOT important! We prefer to spread the number of places we have to as many students as possible. So most students are admitted to one course (exceptions: students in mediation training, “big package” and "English bundle").
- The Graz University of Technology has 125 places per semester. Students from the University of Graz are admitted according to their study programme. The places are divided among the faculties and departments.
- Students who have registered in the previous semester and have not been admitted to a course, will be permitted if possible. In some cases there are more than 150 registrations for 16 places – so it does not automatically mean, that all students who were trying to register in the previous semester will be definitely admitted in the next one.
- Students who were admitted in the previous semester, who did not attend the course and did not unsubscribe, are blacklisted in our database. This means that they will not be admitted in the following Semester.
