Social competence is an essential multi-dimensional key skill ranging from mindfulness to conflict management skills and time management.
The working and professional world requires communicative employees who are able to work in teams and can cope with conflict. Social skills make the difference when specialist knowledge is applied in practice.
In addition to our mediation training, we support mediation-specific events such as the "Day of Mediation" or the "Mediation Exhibition Tour." In addition, we offer you the opportunity to take advantage of a free mediation session.
