For more than 30 years, Alexander Bäck has been advising high-profile clients from the business, political, and nonprofit sectors. His consulting practice focuses on strategy and communications consulting, crisis and change communication, and public affairs. Alexander Bäck studied law in Graz and is a certified trainer in adult education. He began his professional career as a ministerial secretary in the office of Federal Minister Dr. Martin Bartenstein. He subsequently served as a project manager at the Malik Management Center in St. Gallen and as a board member of the company Superfund. Before taking the step into self-employment at the end of 2008 as a partner at PANTARHEI ADVISORS Graz (formerly Publico Steiermark), he served as director of the Austrian Economic Association for three years.

He has been teaching harmony, analysis, counterpoint and ear training at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz since 1990. In 1995 he founded the chamber ensemble szene instrumental for composer portraits of the ORF. More than 130 radio recordings for ORF, RAI, Radio Slovenija, Hessischer and Bayrischer Rundfunk as well as concerts in Europe and the USA are the result of this activity. From 1998-2004 he was conductor and Kapellmeister at the Vereinigte Bühnen Wien, where he worked with Roman Polanski and Phillippe Arlaud, among others. Studied law and completed mediation training at the Center for Social Competence in Graz, participated in two courses conducted by the province of Styria on the design and delivery of inclusive seminars with a focus on disability. Seiwald worked for several years as a speaker for people with disabilities at the ÖH in Graz and played a key role in setting up the Styrian Monitoring Committee to monitor the implementation of and compliance with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, of which she was chairperson for 1.5 years. She has lectured at renowned events on the topic of people with blindness, and in 2016 her music duo organized a multi-sensory music experience for the first time in Austria, in which music was also made "tangible" for deaf people. Through various further education and training courses in the field of people with disabilities, which Seiwald either helps to organize or attends herself, she always keeps her finger on the pulse. She is currently employed at the Institute of Legal Studies.

Today: self-employed encouraging trainer. Since 2014, training offer for university employees at the Karl-Franzens-University and teaching assignment at the Institute for Social Competence.
