So far, the influence of the environment - such as light and illumination, room design, etc. - has received relatively little attention in negotiation research. This project addresses this blind spot and explores the influence of light on negotiation behavior. Specifically, it examines how room lighting affects negotiation experience and behavior, and what lighting is conducive to cooperative behavior. The industrial partner for this project is the lighting company XAL from Graz.
