Report : Towards strong cooperation between lawyers and mediators.
This project focused on the cooperation between lawyers and mediators. The aim was to achieve the best possible solutions in cross-border family mediation for the benefit of the child/children. Practical training seminars for lawyers and mediators were organized, collections of materials (best practice examples, uniform recommendations) and the translation of four mediation videos, which resulted from the OSMP project, were prepared.
In addition to the University of Graz (Institute for Basic Legal Studies and the Center for Social Competence), universities from Latvia, Lithuania and Italy were involved in this project.
