Registration for winter semester courses will take place from 11. bis 18. September 2024. We accept registrations for a maximum of three classes per student! The majority of the course dates can already be found in UNGRAZonline. The remaining dates will be published in the next two weeks.
We would like to point out that the courses are limited to specific numbers of participants due to their content and require continuous attendance. This means 100% attendance is required from participants: Participants must commit and attend to succeed!
Registration is processed on UGO (information management system UNIGRAZonline). Registration first puts you on a waiting list. When registration ends, admin will allocate places based on the criteria below.
Please note, course descriptions are flagged as "for beginners," "for advanced learners" (previous experience with seminars in social competence desired), and "open" (beneficial for evefybody).
If you are not enrolled as a student, a fee of € 400,- is charged per 15 units of teaching. Members of the alumni association “alumni UNI Graz” pay a reduced fee of € 350,-.
The following criteria will be used for the allocation of places:
- We aim to allocate at least one course to as many students as possible. Applications for more than one course will not be prioritized, unless students participate in mediation training and the master module KIK.
- We also aim to offer places to students of curricula that list center courses as mandatory electives.
- We have a fixed number of places from students from TU Graz.
Regarding places for students of the University of Graz, we aim to distribute places proportionately by schools or “Faculty”.
Students from other universities may be allocated remaining free places. - Students not considered in previous semesters will be prioritized next time if possible.
- Students who dropped out of a course in a previous semester without proper notification will be blacklisted in future allocations.
